Introduction#
In reality, Zhou Yu had a great capacity for tolerance. After Sun Ce passed away, he assisted Sun Quan alongside Zhang Zhao. To gauge a person's capacity for tolerance, one should observe their reactions to small matters. Aside from the stories from the Three Kingdoms authors, there are few mentions of Zhou Yu being petty. The borrowing of arrows with straw boats was Sun Quan's idea, which is why Cao Cao said that a son should be like Sun Zhongmou. During the Three Kingdoms era, reputation was highly valued. Ni Heng insulted Cao Cao while bare-chested, and Cao Cao had to pretend to be magnanimous. Just like today, openly, one may not confront you, but secretly, they will undermine you.
It's like the Vietnamese boats, where the engines are filled with laundry detergent, and the water in Vietnam is choked by China's water conservancy dams. On the surface, everything must appear harmonious. If you resist, they will find a way to pressure you.
When encountering certain individuals, if they have held a leadership position or something similar, and they can't argue with you, they may try to silence you. If you speak, they get angry; if they can't win the argument, they will use their power against you, create issues for you, or even fabricate non-issues to trouble you.
Property Management#
Property management is usually the best at handling such angry issues. For example, if you feel that the upstairs is noisy with children running around, and you also have children, the property management won't directly help you solve the problem. Instead, they will say that your downstairs neighbors often complain about your children being noisy, and they frequently counsel your downstairs neighbors. You don't have children, right? There must be other issues, like taking a shower, watching TV, or other activities; as long as there are living people, there will definitely be noise. The soundproofing of these buildings is never good. Property management uses others' spears to attack you. In the end, no one goes to the property management anymore; some go directly to confront them or call the police. When the police arrive, they can also measure unrealistic data, just like the barbecue shop downstairs, which fully meets the standards, but you smell it every day, and that can't be measured. It meets the standards.
I haven't paid the property management fee for two years. After the community renovation, everyone said the property management was not doing their job, so they changed property management companies. The grid staff assisted, and there were two bidding property management companies—one had connections with the city investment (one was an old man from Gansu who used to clean our community; his child is related to the city investment power company that was acquired, as leaked). One property management company charges 2.6, and the other 0.8 yuan, with nothing else. You choose. Previously, it was 0.5. I also know the grid staff; he drives a Toyota Land Cruiser, and every time he sees me riding my electric bike, he sometimes rolls down the window to greet me. I was forced to choose the 0.8 option. The community renovation involved tearing down the air conditioning quickly, saying it would be reinstalled in at most two months, but it took 2.3 years. After this summer, the air conditioning was finally reinstalled. I just turned it on to see if it could cool. I originally planned to pay the property management fee once the air conditioning was fixed, but their timing was just right, like in KOF97, allowing one to build up anger and then unleash a series of powerful moves. In fact, I don't have any powerful moves; I just refuse to pay the property management fee. I created a community group, which is great; many people are really fierce. The low-rise buildings in the community want to install elevators, with a price tag of over 300,000 yuan. The first floor doesn't have to pay, while other floors pay proportionally. The higher the floor, the more they pay. Some people in Jiaozhou said they installed elevators for over 100,000 yuan, and it's not far from here, so why is it so expensive? When it was mentioned, the community successfully installed two elevators in the end. In other communities, some are even bolder, having paid for the installation of elevators for entire buildings long ago. The homeowners' committee recently posted a notice in the community, calling for a vote at the newly built old activity center to dismiss the property management. The property management then started pulling forms, claiming they spent over 400,000 yuan on various expenses and would sue all of us homeowners. It seems I'm not the only one feeling angry.
The homeowners' committee hopes to maintain this state, without the support of homeowners, so that in the future, if they pull any tricks, the dragon-slaying warriors will become the dragon themselves.
Let the bullets fly for a while.
