What does it feel like to go to Yangzhou in March? I can't be sure; without opening the navigation, I wouldn't know where Yangzhou is. I've never been there.
When I went out in the evening, it felt cold, with the wind howling. Riding an electric bike, the wind was strong, and I felt that my ankles and neck should be a bit shorter, or I should have a scarf; I need three in total: two for my ankles and one for my neck.
When the weather is hot, it feels like the heating bill was paid for nothing. When the weather is cold, it feels worth it. The frugal friend I mentioned before relies on whether the households above, below, and next to him have paid their heating bills; for each additional household that pays, the temperature increases by about 1.2 degrees. This way, the temperature difference between his home and the outdoors is kept within 10 degrees. It's zero degrees outside, and his home is around 10 degrees. That's why an iPad is an essential and updated product for him; he needs to hide under the covers to deal with the cold winter.
This morning when I got up, the ground was white, much cleaner and fresher. The snow is quite thin, with some raised areas on the ground or rooftops having already been moved by the wind and other forces.
