Residential Community#
Last year, the community ended the voting, meeting legal standards. The contract can be terminated.
Yesterday, I saw many elderly women going to the security room, and the security personnel have all been dismissed.
Yesterday, it seemed that all electronic barriers were opened for the holiday. There was not a single security guard.
In the community group, an owner from a non-existent floor said that no one is clearing the garbage and asked what to do if no one is watching the door and things are lost?
A member of the homeowners' committee promptly responded that his floor does not exist, and the issues he raised are being addressed. They have also arranged for patrols.

Other Communities#
A friend's community has newly established a homeowners' committee,
and right away they want to increase the garbage clearance fee by five yuan per household per month.
Their group is also protesting, as the property management fee already includes garbage clearance costs.
Why does the homeowners' committee start charging extra fees as soon as it is established?
Some people in their group are actually property management workers.
There is also the strange issue of collecting water fees, where some people find that no matter how much they use, the property management collects a fixed water fee,
and they are still discussing it in the group.
Perhaps it's a radar effect of awareness.
However, there is no need to worry; without property management, everyone will still live the same way, though it may be a bit chaotic for a while.
