Windows 2018 LTSC Docker Installation Failure#
First, install the Windows App Store.
The 2019 version can be used directly.

I used the plugin and Friend,
I used @ my other planet's account with no effect, while being @ed by other planets seems to be effective, one-way, probably my server has issues, possibly due to magic.
