Forgot what I was searching for, installed a 大神 app
Found that it has 永劫无间 and 炉石传说.
Clicked on 炉石传说 and it started downloading. Saw it was 800M. Thought it wouldn't take up much space, so I downloaded it.
Discovered it was just a lite installation package, and there were further updates, prompting that the phone had insufficient space.
My phone is 128G, replaced last year. Redmi Note 12 T Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 8200 CPU.
Then I started uninstalling unused apps. WeChat had grown to 12G, luckily some records were exported to the computer for backup.
After deleting, I found there were still over 140 apps left. This also included some from the Xiaomi system itself (which cannot be deleted).
Deleted some RSS readers, Kindle, hope (recently installed and found that healing positive energy doesn't help me much).
After deleting, I installed 炉石传说. It was about 4G.
The phone screen felt too small, went in and saw the number of coins was the same as before the server shutdown. I actually don't remember the decks. Previously had a Hearthstone assistant, just needed to copy a code for the deck, and if missing cards, just choose others as replacements.
Right from the start, a deck was given. Borrowed for seven days. After that, could only gift one deck.
Haven't played for a long time, still using a new deck, I was on the toilet, carefully looked at the number of hero orange cards. Found that the orange cards for Axe Warrior were the most, and realized that operating on the phone was indeed not familiar.
When I had time, I installed the domestic Battle.net on the computer, didn't delete the international version, logging in would prompt an error.
Later found that there were more options for region selection, including China, but after selecting, still couldn't log in. Then saw there was also a NetEase game authorized login. So I downloaded the NetEase game authorization to link the Battle.net account on my phone.
Logging in still prompted that it couldn't connect. Not sure if it's a linking issue.
Emulator#
Thinking about how I previously used a controller to play 王者荣耀 with the XiaoYao emulator, I went ahead and installed Hearthstone, but it prompted that the Android version was too low, so I created a new high-version 64-bit Android, installation was successful, download speed showed 60-100M, probably displayed incorrectly, I have 300M bandwidth.
The emulator login was the same as the phone, when logging in it popped up Chrome, entered the Blizzard account password and was able to log in. The emulator showed the highest graphics quality, but the monitor is larger than the phone screen, it really felt a bit like the old World of Warcraft. Deleted Hearthstone, deleted the newly created emulator.
PC Battle.net Login#
Continued with the PC Blizzard Battle.net login. Too many errors, prompted me to play offline, offline was fine, went in and downloaded Hearthstone, but found it still needed to log in. On the phone, I found an account repair function, applied for repair, had to change the bound phone number, sent a verification text to a robot, after changing the phone number, it could indeed log in normally.
But that zero monthly fee card, I basically don't use, kept in an old 360 F1 phone from many years ago, actually it was a 夏新 n821 that my wife used around 2012 (looked it up).
Xiaomi Mobile#
The zero monthly fee card was for an electric two-wheeler, GPS, electronic fence, the GPS from Tuqiang was quite good, but the card only supports 2G, and the 2G base stations here have been dismantled, I found that the GPS couldn't connect to the phone anymore, so I listed it on Xianyu to sell the GPS, some other places still have 2G base stations that haven't been dismantled, so it can still be used. The zero monthly fee card has been used for 3.4 years, costing only a few yuan in total, using this card for GPS positioning is indeed good. But using data normally isn't cost-effective. 100M for 7.5 yuan, 500M for 36 yuan. Making calls costs 5 yuan for 60 minutes, 8 yuan for 100 minutes. So I registered for services to receive texts occasionally.
Success#
Changing the phone number allowed me to log in successfully.
Then I went to Battle.net to change my phone to the one I used frequently before. Logging in was still normal.
Used the state Battle.net to play Hearthstone. The new deck was also strong, in the first match I was beaten down to just one health. Then I persisted for over 10 minutes, but ultimately lost, not familiar with the deck strategy, constantly reading and understanding card information, each game was like a fuse starting to burn, still reading cards to understand. After finishing a match, I looked at the time and realized it had been almost half an hour. A great time killer.
